It allows the user the ability to grease the main driveshaft bearing.

The driveshaft bearing is the most used and punished bearing in the whole sled because it drives the track. Then add the elements to the bearing from inside the tunnel snow, dirt, chunks of ice with all kinds of stuff molded into it taking a shot at the bearing seal. The Greaser allows the user to flush or even prevent the issue simply by keeping the bearing full of grease. in general it saves Time and Money Speed Sensors are not cheap either.

All Yamahas from 2002 to 2018 that use the Delta Box / Apex Chassis, Attak, RX1, RX Warrrior, SX Viper / SX Venom, SRX, Venture, Vector, VK Professional, Rage, 2006 and 2007 Nytro, 2008 to 2014 Nitro Chassis, and the 2007-2008 Phazers.

For the money it is worth it just because you stand less chance losing that bearing while on a trip, just out riding, ice fishing, low snow riding. To a bearing Grease is everything.
